Bioanalyzer

We can analyze your total RNA on a chip with Agilent's bioanalyzer.

You will have a profile of your RNA :

  1. RNA concentration
  2. Migration profile of 18S and 28S (gel-like)
  3. Quality index number (RIN)

Example of results

We also recommend to get 260/230 and 260/280 ratios from a spectrophotometer to evaluate the presence of contaminants (salts, ethanol, phenol, etc.).
